Refund policy


1. Eligibility for Returns

*We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, and unaltered of our products (in original packaging with all accessories).

*Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

*Contact our customer service team at sales@icabinetknobs.comwith your order number and reason for return.

*We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address within 24-48 hours.

*Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it back (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).

 

3. Refund & Exchange Process

*Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (3-5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs (unless defective).

*Exchanges: If you need to exchange for a different size/style, please specify in your return request. 

We will ship the new item once the returned item is confirmed (additional shipping fees may apply for size/style changes).

 

4. Defective or Wrong Items

*If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

*We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no extra charge.

*Delivery times are estimated and may be delayed due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (we are not responsible for carrier delays).

*For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country (check local regulations before ordering).
